This location is corporate owned which means it?s cleaner, maintained well and offers some additional things that other... locations may not. Like mimosas! Makes a difference. As with all Black Bear the food is good and comes in a more than you caneat portion. The service here was fantastic and warranted an award! Definitely making this my Black Bear go to spot. Read more

This restaurant is trying so very hard to deliver great customer service with a positive attitude. Like everyone else in the... Treasure Valley, they are hiring. It was a very long wait for food. 35 minutes to receive our breakfast order. My husbandordered his hash browns extra crispy. They came out way undercooked (still white in color). Went to BB and was seated in a few minutes and ordered our food. It did take a long time to get our food but it was obvious that... they were short staffed and we're doing the best that they could.
