I don't fast food often, but when I do it's Wendy's. Boiling Springs location is always great, fresh fries and burgers with... pleasant drive thru attendants. Never go inside, so can't rate the atmosphere. Read more
I don?t wanna be a Karen but God -Wendy?s has the worst food accuracy in all of boiling springs no doubt. I can absolutely... guarantee something will always missing or wrong each time I order for the family. They don?t even have a friendly staff tocounter the weak food accuracy rate. Tonight was the typical teen who treats you like youre the inconvenience even when you?rebeing nothing but friendly. Two nights ago I ordered the new Italian fried mozzarella chicken sandwich. I ate part of it before I realized there was crumbly... black stuff inside the chicken. I called the restaurant, and the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. So I went backtonight and ordered the bourbon, bacon burger and at the window I tell the manager about the chicken sandwich. They apologizefor it. When I get home with my bourbon, bacon burger, I opened it up and it is a cheeseburger with some kind of mustard andpickles.. So I paid over six dollars for something off of the value menu. Again I called and it rang and rang and rang with noanswer. I?m finished with the store. They used to be so good and now there?s a new crew that has been horrible. Read more
I had a pick up order, I waited in line at the drive through to be told they only give those inside the restaurant. I've picked... them up at this drive through and plenty of other Wendy's drive through locations before. Didn't argue with them, but found itextremely inconvenient. Read more
Pictures are from 2 different occasions. So twice I tried THE BACONATOR BACON SANDWICH. They advertise 6 crispy pieces of... bacon. Same experience on both occasions. Not 6 but 4 ( more like small half sizes ) and definitely far from crispy. Barelyhalf cooked. Luckily I have a toaster at work and was able to finish cooking the bacon. So tired of all the falseadvertising... I'm going to try 1 more time. If it's not as it claims to be, I'm going right back in. And I will explain to themanager why I want my money back and why I will not be back. The question is will they care? Sadly probably not. It may be fastfood, but it's not cheap. And I expect to get what I paid for. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the customer serviceand fries were good. Read more
This is the Wendy?s baconator fries Sad but true! Nothing even close to the picture! Canned cheese and thrown on bacon strip! We... orders a small regular burger with nothing on it and it?s pictured as well. Its about half the size of a child?s burger! The front counter cashier was very much a people's person but "give me my food first and then come and talk to me if possible."... Now, the dining room attendant kept walking by me picking up trash from tables and sweeping the floor, it was annoying. Read more
