I ordered a Texas bacon chicken melt with onions. My sandwich was all the way wrong so I asked if they could remake it. The... waitress came back to the table and informed me that I have to pay for both sandwiches. Witch they took the first sandwich andthrew it in the trash. I didn't even take a bite of the sandwich. Ate at Waffle House in Boiling Springs on Sunday, September 18th 2022 with my dad and I think the cooks name was Andres/Andrew.... My eyes and ears are getting old but not my taste buds and that was the best Waffle House meal I?ve had in a long time. Justwanted to give credit where credit is due. Just enjoyed an amazing breakfast at this location! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the food was phenomenal.... We were sat immediately and we waited a minute or so for drinks and maybe 8 minutes for our food. Over all it was a greatexperience! Read more
We live in Miami and honestly we don't have many Waffle house , we had stopped here for breakfast and we love it. Food was... right , prices were right and the costumer service was a plus! We all enjoyed. Read more
I must say out of ALL the waffle houses I've gone too in the 2 yrs living here in South Carolina I can finally say I've gone to... a CLEAN, GOOD FRIENDLY waffle house. And they didn't forget to give me my waffle. The food was fresh, good & staff was awesome.From the moment I was walking in the waitress was getting in as well for her shift & she greeted me from outside. I was happytrust me I swore off waffle houses. The only negative is I had to send my eggs back 3 times but the PLUS IS THEY DIDNT COMPLAINat least not in my face like others do. From start to finish definitely was worth the 45min drive. If & when O want waffle houseI WILL take the 45min drive each time for sure. Worst experience ever. Don?t plan on eating at Waffle House ever again. Nobody welcomed me. Seemed to be low on staffing. Worker... verbally said racist remarks. New crew members needed badly. Love the African-American ladies that stepped up to fulfill myorder. If this was my store association as an owner or manager, this behavior would lead to individuals being fired due to theexpense of making my store look bad. Read more
