they really need some better workers in this location. every time i order my orders are wrong. Today i ordered $40 worth and... subway just gave it away to someone that wasnt me and lost it. They wont give me my money back even though its there fault. Inever got my order and never got my money back. I will never be ordering from subway at this location ever again. Even though they were busy, we didn't have to wait a long time to order or get our food. Employees were polite and friendly.

Should have known before even ordering... Lady working was too busy doing paperwork and taking to siri as I ordered ohh and... placing a phone call that she about forgot a few items on sub. Get to register to be told drink machine is down so I pay morefor a bottled soda, tables are dirty from lunch rush but whatever I'm hungry, first half of sub was okay. Extremely messy assauce is extremely thin, second half 1/4 of the sub was inedible. Look at the photo to see how bad they were burnt, I'm talkingcan't even chew them burnt.... hope for a reply but with way store is ran I am extremely doubtful..... Read more

Went to subway#17416 to get a meatball sub. Employee said they ran out and i had to wait 10 min for the match to warm up, which... i did. Continues to prepare sub, i pay and head home. I take a bit of the sub and the meatballs are ice cold. I called atotal of 7 times before they answered and i was informed that a manager will not be in until monday and can't get sub replaced.Very unsatisfied. Read more

I came to this Subway today with a group of 13 people and had one of the most horrible food service experiences I've ever seen.... First of all, we put in our order the day before as a courtesy to workers. The employee on the phone was very specifically toldwe would be there at 11 AM to pick up the sandwiches. This was obviously pointless to do, because they didn't have the foodprepared until 11:30 (While this was annoying and unprofessional, that's not the main reason for my low review). So naturally,all we could do was sit in the restaurant and talk amongst ourselves. This was the time when my friends and I were leftspeechless: as we were talking, one of the employees had the NERVE to ring a bell at us and practically screamed at us tellingus to be quiet. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully as a paying customer. He obviously had a bad attitudefrom the start, and was angry at us just for coming in with so many people. I myself have been in food service for a few years,so I understand the stress that comes along with big orders, but nothing gives ANY paid employee the right to treat payingcustomers in such a rude, condescending manner. It was a just an all-around terrible experience. I hope management will decideto address this issue among their employees because there is CLEARLY a need for more training in dealing with the public. This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff is very rude & unprofessional. Some of the... employees look like they need to shower. Every time I come to this one, I have a bad experience. My boyfriend just left aboutthirty minutes ago, & as soon as he walked inside, one of the sandwich makers just started yelling out what breads they hadleft. She did not greet him, nor even ask him what he'd liked. Every time she asked what he wanted on the sandwich, she wouldhear the first word & than cut him off & ask what else he wanted. She did not thank him or say have a good night when he paid.The restaurant was a mess, there were no cookies, the chips were low, & the trash was overflown. This is not the first badexperience I've had at this subway but I will assure to never come to this one again. As long as they have the same rude, dirtyemployees. Read more
