Great variety on the menu and cool bar area. Our server was awesome! He was very attentive to our table of 6 and made a great... Moscow Mule! The wait for our food did seem a little long considering they weren?t very busy. I got the Chipotle salad which wasAMAZING! My boyfriend got the Pimento Cheese burger with fries which was great as well! Overall the restaurant was very cleanbut the bathrooms could have used a little more attention considering there are only 2 single stall restrooms available to use. Read more
Stopped by going back to ATL. Service was friendly. Kitchen was quick. Food was good. Interesting take on collard greens. Looks... like they can accommodate large groups easily. When we were there the men's bathroom was out of soap. Noticed the manager wouldlook to see if everything is ok and go back quickly to kitchen. Should have been out doing table visits or checking bathrooms.Having soap in the bathroom is a big deal and food safety 101. Read more

Untouched chicken tender plate with onion rings. Chicken was very dark and onion rings where soggy, greasy and floppy. The... kitchen needs to be restaffed with people that care about what people get served, guacamole was not good, my wife got fish andchips, fish was seasoned so aggressive you couldn't even taste the fish, the fries were good and the fried pickles were ok,salad had soggy croutons. Won't be going back. Next time we'll just go to a cheap buffet. Read more
I just ordered a family pulled pork meal which included Cole slaw and a choice of sides, my choice was macaroni and cheese. Got... it home, the macaroni looked like it had been heated over several times, it was not creamy or cheesy just dry noodle and brokenoily cheese. The Cole slaw was warm and soggy, not fresh, it was not pleasant. At $42.50 you would expect your sides to befresh. This is the second time I have been disappointed at the food here and quite frankly the service. I am more than willingto pay for good food, but this missed the mark?.again. Read more

So disappointing. We love Rigsby's....well the Rigsbys downtown. The quality of the one is Boiling Springs is subpar at best.... Pathetic to be honest. We didn't even finish our food, asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one there.Needless to say we will never be back. Below shows the pathetic excuse for a $14 burger. Smaller than the bun, barely anypimento cheese, and 2 small pieces of bacon. If you want Rigsbys then go downtown, they actually have standards. Read more
Update: Came in tonight and had an excellent experience. Our server Brittany was 10 out of 10, she was absolutely... fantastic. Burger patties were cooked perfectly, we ordered them medium and they came out medium. The lettuce on the burgerwas covered in rot spots, which was disgusting. With the chances of food born illness from lettuce/romaine it probably shouldn'thave been served. I ordered the fries extra crispy, and twice I got hot soggy fries. I do wish they could have gotten thatright. I paid full price for a meal but only ate the beef patty with cheese on it. They have the potential to get better, and Icertainly hope they improve.
