I have been 4 or 5 times. I love the flavored ice with the layered soft serve ice cream. I recommend the Mango or Strawberry the... vanilla compliments the fruit flavors. Prices are very reasonable and service has been excellent every time I go. Read more

The flavors and choices are amazing, great concept, clean store and good location to enjoy an outdoor seat on beautiful summer... nights. I'm giving a 2 based on service. The quality of the ice and gelati is great. However I stopped by last night and went inside and... the cashier had the worst attitude ever. Seemed like she really did not want to be there. Went through the drive-through todayand was asked if I wanted lids. I said yes. Someone should tell the customers that getting in lids means you get almost 40% lessproduct. Read more

We were so excited to have Italian Ice nearby and we will absolutely be back once they?ve been open for a while! I think it?s... new operation jitters-some of the kids looked a little clueless and with no initiative regarding good customer service. My smallmango Italian ice however was delicious- perfect consistency and amount for the price. We also had a large blueberry Italian Icewhich had good flavor but was already slushy consistency by the time we got it. They placed a lid on it because it was so meltedand watery. This place was incredible. The staff were funny and helpful, and the GELATI IS AWESOME! I had red raspberry, and the sweet cream... ice cream layers between were so divine. (Since it's hot, they melted all together so I got a really tasty milkshake at theend!) Read more

When I lived up north places like this were common. But here in the south, they are far and inbetween. This stuff is AWESOME.... Just make sure you do it right, ICE CREAM AND SLUSHY. The layers make it greater???? There's more right combinations than wrong Read more
