Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a bacon biscuit with well done bacon last Friday. Well when i got home i realized that they... barely cooked any of the meat. Almost raw! Pretty sure that you shouldn't eat undone pork. Call customer service and of courseno return call. Customer service for Hardee's must be a super easy job when you you get to pick which customers you want to helpand the ones that you don't , just ignore. Read more

Based on Uber pickup. The staff was extremely unfriendly, I mean extremely. I had my daughter who is 8 with me she tried to... talk to the cashier but was completely ignored. I was the only customer inside & there was nobody in the drive thru, but Istill had enough time to call my phone company & be on the phone with them for 10 minutes, after I was done with the call Istill waited another 5 for the freaking order. They really need to focus on their food more. Breakfast in some locations tastes like it was cooked at 4am when they open at 5.... Biscuits were hard,dry and cold. Read more

The breakfast, in my opinion is the only thing that's keeping Hardee's in business. Breakfast is almost always good but their... lunch and dinner menu items are overpriced, take too long to prepare and the results are just meh. Read more

Waited at the drive through with no response. Went in and no one acknowledged our presence. After several minutes what I assume... was the manager walked up front, looked at us and walked away. A few min later a cashier came up front and took our order. Noone mentioned that the chicken we ordered would be cooked to order. After waiting 10 minutes a bag was placed on the counter.Very poor customer service.I felt like I was interrupting them to do their job. Read more

Girl taking my order sounded like she was heading to her deathbed but I ignored it since she might just be having a bad day.... After I paid for my order, I waited at the window for 10 minutes or so for my food. I kept looking at the women inside trying tofigure out what was taking so long and they would just look at me and turn away and sit on their phones. It wasn?t busy and itlooked like they were just sitting around doing nothing in there. They couldn?t even be bothered to come to the window and tellme what was happening. Finally, I get my food and ask if everything was okay. She said ?yeah?. So I asked what happened since Iwaited so long and was told the guy had a hold up on the meat. So I said okay and drove away. All I can say is that it?s nothard to come up to the window and let someone know that it?ll be a little bit because they?re cooking the meat. Reducesquestions and frustrations. Read more

First off, me giving them 1 star, is me giving them GRACE. I had the worst experience here EVER on what was supposed to be a... peaceful day.. that afternoon we buried my grandmother. I ordered 6 steak burrito combos, and 2 sausage platters. The food wasnot proportioned correctly - all 6 orders of our tator tots were not even filled to the middle, the Prime Rib Breakfast Burritotasted like they put A1 Steak sauce all over it with 2 strips of beef, and the gravy for the platters had no taste & was runny.The staff (including manager) were just as bad as the food. The cooks in the back were basically cat-calling me.. talking aboutmy appearance and how good I looked and then mentioned the text on my shirt "she get it from her momma" & then agreed amongstthemselves that I did indeed get it (whatever IT is) from my momma. It was just a shirt I threw on.. I completely forgot it saidthat, but after hearing them constantly say that, I knew they were talking about me. The cashier was rude because after tellingme that my order was too large, and should've been called in, she then mocked me to other customers. She also told me that "Idon't have to reply" as if that's the solution. We've tried getting a refund through corporate and the store but have not heardback from either. Read more
