Our order was wrong with food and beverage. The lady at the window had no clue what was going on. Food presented terribly and... fries were dumped in our bag. Very disappointed and won?t visit this site again. We are usually big Cookout fans. We should?vegone to Chick-fil-A. Read more

If I were you, I would think twice before going here. They have the same yummy food as every other cookout. That is the only... thing that saves them. This location is crazy slow everytime I have been here. When they get your order wrong they come out withattitude. They person helping me said they personally made my sandwich and it didn't say that on the receipt. I showed them thereceipt. They were wrong. It shouldn't matter who got it wrong the sandwich person or the person that took the order either.They should just fix the mistake quickly. Also I didn't ask them to remake the sandwich I just asked for the toppings I didn'tget. Additionally they had no ice in the drive thru, only in the lobby. The lobby is closed. They didn't say they were out ofice either they just gave us warm iceless tea. They remade my sandwich correctly and gave a cup of ice from the lobby, but ittook about 10 minutes for them to fix the order. Read more
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a hotdog cookout style and cheese bites. It was so good. I had been wanting it again but they?re... always so crowded! Tonight the line was short so I pulled in. I decided to get the &6.99 tray this time with two hotdogs,cheese bites and slaw for my sides with a bottled water. It cost me $9.93 and the slaw is just vantage, no juice at all ortaste. Raw cabbage. Two and a half cheese bites and no water. And it?s freezing cold!!! Loud teens in parking lot Cussing,yelling and revving their engines. I believe this is the only restaurant in Boiling Springs/Spartanburg where the lobby is closed. Drive through is a long wait.... The food is okay, but not good enough for a 20 minute wait. Open the Lobby! We just left and went to McDonald?s across thestreet. As a side note, when I was leaving I noticed a few people in the dining area eating, but not open to the public. Read more
Came here after working late, decided to get a couple burgers, corndogs, 2 shakes and some fries. I got one of the 2 burgers I... ordered, but that's my fault for not reading the menu more clearly. Its was just such a huuuge menu and there were cars wrappedaround the restaurant behind me so I just ordered whatever. Other than that, the fries were hot and crispy, the shakes werethick, rich and delicious, and the corndogs were really good too. Read more
