Great customer service and the food looks great. The place is clearly loved by the locals, because all the seats were filled and... we had to order takeout. We got the daily 1 large 1 topping pizza and garlic knot special for less than $20 with tax. Garlicknots were perfect. The pizza looked fantastic (believe they used a brick oven), however, something is not right with the pizzasauce. It either was missing something (basil maybe) or had something added that shouldn?t have been it (maybe some kind ofmeat). I don?t know, but it didn?t taste like a traditional pizza sauce. I gotta say, this place is legit for NY style thin crust pizza. I?m from South Jersey so I know what it should be like and they... nail it. Thin, crispy crust. A slightly sweet tomato sauce and what appears to be freshly grated mozzarella. If it was me I?dadd a little more cheese and a generous sprinkle of olive oil. I have had the chicken parm dinner many times. To the owner or chef. Your thick part of the sauce is good but it doesn?t stick... to the spaghetti and more than half is water. The woman behind the counter introduced their specials for the day which was honestly an awesome deal! Their small is a 16" for... like $10-$11 but their special was a large pizza with garlic knots for $15, practically a steal! Food came out fresh, hot, andready and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The pizza was pretty decent too! Read more
