The quality of meat was incredible and the sides were outstanding. Wehad beef tenderloin, the single best shrimp with lemon aioli I have ever had the pro ledge of tasting, and mashed potatoes thatwould make your head spin. Carrots, haricot verts, and focaccia to make you a believer in a higher power and brownies fordessert! We also got a couple gorgeous quiches and scones for Christmas Day and they were gone by dinner that night! Hats off tothis team who provided this family of 8 with the best meal ever! We recently had the good fortune to eat here for lunch. Choices for lunch in Woodstock for sit down service are few or with... limited items. Our party choose excellent grilled chicken salads that were so big that they took most of it home when theycompleted their lunch. I went for the pastrami panini that was high quality, decadent and quite a large portion. The service wasvery friendly, the views and ambience of the glassed in sunny atrium overlooking the golf course was comfortable but casual.The chef obviously is excellent and the lunch menu is quite extensive. Charming location, great service, and some of the best sandwiches my husband and I have ever had. He kept laughing at me because... of the faces I made eating the homemade mozzarella. We were as impressed by details like the arugula and cole slaw as we were bymains like the meatloaf and chicken. Highly recommend. Read more
What wonderful food at this gold club restaurant with a great view including a stream running past just outside. The focaccia is... homemade and so is their mozzarella. This place is known for their restaurants but all their food is delicious. If you aren'ttoo hungry, stop in and hang out by the fully stocked bar. Read more
We came for lunch. Honestly this was the best sandwich I ever had. I had focaccia with mozzarella, garlic, balsamic vinegar and... tomatoes. I can?t remember what the name of it was. My husband had the Annie Oakley. He had the fries-I had the slaw. We alsohad fried zucchini appetizer. It was a great lunch! I could only eat half my sandwich and the same for my husband. The view isbeautiful we sat right next to the river inside. Looked like a really nice place to eat outside in nice weather. The waitresswas extremely nice and very attentive. The bar looked cool but we sat in the restaurant. We actually walked there from TinkerStreet and it was a quick walk. However, they do have plenty of parking. I highly recommend this restaurant! Nice place but food is not that good, very mediocre, ordered the porky nachos, tatse very burnt, every bite i had was followed... by an awful burnt taste, the cheese is more like packaged cheese wiz, the shredded pork is more like candied pork, the flavorstogether weren't good, i was thrown off by the shrews pork, whoever made the shredded pork needs to go back to the south andlearn real BBQ Read more
