Do not eat here! First strike was a full red lip stick print on my cup. Second strike was a roach crawling across our table... while we were sitting there. ???????? It's Thursday night/Friday morning on 10/7/22 and I have worked at Waffle House for years in the past, I have frequently ate all... hours of the day, and I just got thee best meal at Waffle House I have EVER ate. I did not catch the watress whoms service wasalso top notch but that cook was fast, and when I tell you, I feel like my grandma just cooked me breakfast, that is acompliment. Cause noone is gonna cook you breakfast like you remember your southern grandma cooking you breakfast, except thiscook at Waffle House. I tried to call and get his name to call corporate and sing his praises but it doesn't let you speak toanyone. But the grits were PERFECT and the waffles were Award winning, my sandwich was so good I saved half for in the morning.I'm not sure where y'all found him but give him a promotion, a raise, have him train all your new cooks. When your looking for a meal to hold you its a place to go. Its heavy, I like my cheesesteak melt. Bit much on butter/oil for... my liking but (can't please the whole crowd). Just a simple dine n go.. The establishment definitely needs... a major cleaningfrom top to bottom (ceilings, vents, lights ect.) I've Been in the restaurant field 15+ years so I tend to look places more thanthe average person. Give staff a dishwasher. I was shocked! I?ve never experienced service like this at a Waffle House ever! They had not been overwhelmed (tables were not... full then either) and they were ?regularly? staffed. The coffee couldn?t have been WH, the food orders were wrong - storeshouldn?t be allowed to have the WH logo! Read more
They never answer the phone no matter what time you call. I?ve literally called at 4 AM with no answer and then drive there and... they are all outside smoking. I?m betting the Epps Bridge location is managed by the same folks. Zoom in on the phone. Read more
It is not open 24hrs. The doors were locked before 6a.m. and the lady inside said not open until 7.
