Donuts are great! But the customer service leaves much to be desired. Specifically Ranea in the drive through. Having to deal... with her poor attitude the first time when I asked about the special chocolate glazed donuts, was bad enough. But when I wentthough today she got an attitude when I asked for a receipt. I'll happily pick up donuts for work anywhere else in Athens, so Idon't have to deal with poor customer service. Especially since the shift manager said there wasn't anything she could do aboutit. Read more

What's not to like about Krispy Kreme? Each time I visit this particular store I am met with smiling faces, and really feel as... though they appreciate my business. The chocolate iced Bavarian cream filled are my favorites, but every donut I have tried fromthere has been delicious. This store is about 15 miles from my house, which is good because it is far enough away to make it atreat each time I go there. Read more
When the hot now sign is on you you just have to stop.. This location does have the visible cooking machinery. Kids love... watching through the plexiglass has the donuts float along through the waterfall of sugar.... There is a drive-thru but why theheck would you do that? This location is clean, the service is great, and your pancreas will be screaming within 15 minutes! Read more
