An impressively poorly run restaurant. Tons of staff, but still took 30+ minutes to get a couple of two piece chicken meals.

Slowest service not to mention wrong order. There was 7 cars in the drivethrough, so I chose to walk inside to try and speed up... my order. I stood in line for about 4 or 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once I placed my order, they served all 7cars before I received my order. Even though my order was simple (steak, egg and cheese biscuit with bo rounds, I get to workonly to find my bo rounds smashed in the container and a plain steak biscuit. Not only was my time wasted, but I was charged forsomething I didn't receive. This needs to change asap. Very poor service. Read more
On several occasions, I have ordered either their 2 country ham biscuits or the bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Both the ham... and the bacon was half done and the egg was greasy and spongy. I don't know what's going on with the Old Norcross Rd.Bojangles, but they need better customer service and to just do better. I use to love their breakfast biscuits but I can spendmy money else where. Food cost too much to have to throw away! Read more
This is the second time the organization I work for has gotten a large catering order from this location and I?m seriously... impressed. Despite them being short staffed and needing to close earlier than traditional hours, they showed flexibility andallowed us to pick up after closing! Upon arrival the order was ready and boxes were labeled with the different family mealsordered (very convenient since we were taking to 16 different households). The manager helped us put them in our cars to makesure we had everything we needed. Very satisfied with their flexibility and organization. Read more
I gave 2 stars because the lady in the drive thru was chic fillet quality. The biscuits (2) were doughy in the middle and the mt... dew tasted like it was mixed with Sierra Mist or something. The service was spectacular! Read more
