I?m not a customer, I?m a delivery driver. Tonight I was taking care of a double order from two different customers. They... closed there lobby at 7 even when family?s were still eating. Drive through line was 10 cars long. I tried asking if I couldwait inside to pick up my order, but two very rude employees one male one female closing shift 11/17/22 seemed to be in a rushto leave. Told me I would have to ?deal with it? and wait in line for an order having me have to cancel this poor lady?s order.And Waisting time to deliver the other gentleman?s order I had picked up before. If this isn?t a problem I believe it shouldbe. Maybe company policy says they can?t let me in to pick up an order but they really could have been a lot nicer. I couldn?thelp but be very upset and having to lose my time money and gas just to drive to this location. I don?t recommend to anydelivery drivers on any app to pick up orders from Wendy?s unless it?s during the day. Closing shift employees clearing hatethere job and don?t seem to care for the company they work for. In my opinion. I already don?t eat this location because of thecustomer assistance. I went through the Drive Through ???? and had a decent experience. As soon as I arrived they did tell me to hold on and wait... for about two minutes. It was not busy as it was just one car. However, they took my order and I ordered Chicken Nuggets andFrench Fries. When I arrived to the window they were able to cash me out and get my food but they did pull me up to wait onfresh fries. Total time from Drive Thru 8mins and 53 seconds. The food was fresh and I had no issues with it. My onlyrecommendation is to be a little quicker on speed of service but overall decent job Wendys Team. Read more

We bought two combo meals and the total was $24. The prices didn?t match the prices on the drive thru menu prices. The fries... were not hot at all so I asked for fresh hot fries for the price I was paying and the cashier seemed upset and I saw him throwthe fries inside. Inside was closed but still.
