Got yelled at for wanting mayonnaise after my sub was toasted. Apparently condiments "need" to be part of the sub before it gets... toasted. Never had this problem at any other subway. Absolutely horrible experience. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. 9 months of coming into this subway once a week early morning. Not once has had yellow egg,... hardly ever has meatball either. Considering the breakfast sandwiches and meatball is all I eat from subway. Thanks to themtaking away roast beef. Btw, white egg taste terrible. Read more
Over the last maybe 10 months or so I?ve noticed since they got a new manager at subway things have gotten better. As long as he... is working and making the sandwiches I know it will come out right. They do get extremely busy around lunch time (today being nodifferent) so it can take a little bit to get food which that?s to be expected but you can see him rushing and still beingfriendly unlike others. I don?t know how it is in the evening cause I?m never go in but mornings and lunch are better. Keyexample today it looked like the manager was the only one working so one person came over to help then the general manger cameover and assisted too. Occasionally I see the subway manager helping out at the front register when he?s available and needed.Amazing team work with these two wish more mangers were like this. I didn't want to review but felt I had to since other reviewers experienced the same, but the place is a joke. Every negative... mark from reviewers was hit this day. Not all breads, no spinach, extremely slow (borderline deliberately slow) service. I meanshe was taking like five seconds to put a single meat slice on the bread with the elevator music playing in the background. Ifelt like I was in a time warp. The Assistant manager Maria was very unfriendly! They stop carrying Honey Oat Bread, Honey Mustard & Siracha sauce. Most of the... time this subway is out of products or not prepared. This is a very busy rural location and the employees of the Gas Stationare very friendly & helpful as we stop in here 1-2 times a day almost because it?s near our home. It?s just very sad the Subwayis ran so piss poor and the assistant manager isn?t very happy or helpful geez at all ???? Read more
Seriously, if you walk into an establishment, were the only ones even there , had to wait for ten minutes while absolutely... NOBODY acknowledged you (we understand about lunch rushes and all so we were patient and willing to wait happily), only to be"greeted" with a scowl and told "I'll be with YOU in a minute" would you eager to eat there? My boyfriend asked for a wrap withdouble meat and said he'd pay extra (EVERY other Subway we've been to in Central Texas has done this no problem) and was toldwith another scowl and heavy attitude "well SIR I don't think we can do that".....eyeroll, scowl..."let me see, SIR"....howabout lose the condescending "SIR" since you don't mean it and are trying to be disrespectful anyway and just say "No sir wecant". That would've been fine and we still would've ordered. I wish I could give a review on the food, but the abysmal, subpar and rude attitude was enough to send us packing. Don't know who this employee was, but she absolutely doesn't need to be inthe service industry. We will NEVER stop here again. And it's a shame because we love our Subways. Or we did.
