Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Reese?s blast and on the way home I was eating it and found plastic from the cup in my ice... cream. And then noticed the stickers on the side of my cup. When I removed the stickers found a hole in my cup. So instead ofthese people making a new one they gave me it with pieces of my cup mixed in with my ice cream. As with most fast food places in Boerne, this Sonic is struggling with staffing. Our food took 25 minutes to arrive, and... incomplete on top of it. Had to send the carhop back TWICE for our tots. Burgers were cold. Tots were cold. Edit: Had alreadyleft feedback on the Sonic contact form, with receipt and everything that same night. Never got contacted. Rather pointless todo so again. 9/13/22 went to Sonic in Boerne, got the double bacon cheese burger and I have to say that was a top 10 burger the bacon was... awesome both the way it was cooked and the flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly as well. probably one of the best fast foodburgers I have had in long while. Read more

First of all, you have to wait for someone to answer the call button. When they finally answer they take your order and wait for... a long time for your food only to find out they did not bring you what you ordered. We hit the call button and mo response. Iwalk up to door knock on the door and inform them my order was wrong. The guy walks in without a word, I stand there waitingthinking maybe he went to retrieve manager. He comes out past me and again. I stop him and explain my order was wrong. Finallysays ok we can make you the correct order. It took a bit and finally received correct order. Read more

Strike 3... Sonic is OUT! First time there were food quality issues, meaning a hot dog was green. Times 2 and 3, the wait was... obscenely long, the order was wrong, and the service was terrible, but at least the staff inside seemed to be having a greatparty. They were laughing and messing around with little attention to actually doing the job. No wonder it takes 45 minutes toget through the drive through. Read more

My food was absolutely ???? AWESOME! The disbursement of mayo & veggies on my double bacon rested upon these buns of perfection... while the cheese oozed with every bite taken, each better than the last. The golden bag of halos (onion rings) crisp & heartyput a smile on my face with every mind-boggling bite, my senses were in a state of euphoria as my meal from these Masters oftheir Craft found its way home. My Master Shake of bliss, hot fudge & peanut butter almost finished the dream of a meal off as Ihad to remind myself to open my eyes after each long & hearty draw of my straw. I honestly cannot recall a better meal @ anySonic I have ever eaten at. You guys & gals keep up the incredible work! The love put into the preparation of this meal was wellappreciated. Lastly, the older gentleman who is always such a courteous & polite fellow always puts a smile on our face. One cantell he too is a master of his craft, always taking a second to make certain all is well before concluding the transaction. Areal asset to your operation here in Boerne. They took 45 minutes for a relatively small online order. We were just waiting in the to go lanes for what seemed like forever.... On top of this, they STILL got our order wrong. And the shake I ordered was half melted. I give props to the man who was workingthere. I believe he was in his 40s and 50s. He was the only one bringing out to go orders in a crowded parking lot on a 95degree day. I'll go back in another month to give it a chance, but I'm surprised how bad it was. Read more

Loved my mustard and cheese burger with a double patty squished into one big patty, it really hit the spot. Oh and in total I... spent 27 bucks and yall got 2 things wrong and forgot ranch and gave me 6 moz sticks when I asked for a large and got chargedfor one. Yall need to hire new staff. Read more
