My wife and I ordered at the drive through for lunch. She had a chopped turkey baked potato, and I had the chopped brisket... sandwich. It surprised us they had baked potatoes in stock, as the last half a dozen visits had us leaving without a potato.First, my wife?s baked potato looked dry and overcooked. Second, the turkey smelled so bad of acrid smoke that it had a hardfuel smell, we tossed it in the garbage. I would not serve this food to my own guests had I smoked the turkey myself. Ate here for the first time today. We got the two meat plate. Sausage and brisket It was ok but nothing that would bring us... back. Also why did they show us a screen to ask if we wanted to give a tip. They give you a napkin lined tray with your food atthe counter.Then everything else is self serve. Drinks, condiments. There's bread there were you make your own sandwich. So whyasking for a tip? Then we get to hear the employees talking loud behind counter like their at a party instead of work. Ate here for the 1st time today, with my wife & mother-in-law. I got the 3 meat plate (ribs, brisket, turkey). Ribs were good,... brisket was just ok, turkey was dry. Had tater salad & slaw for my sides, both of those were good. Also had banana pudding fordessert, it was ok. Overall, portions were a little small. I've been eating here since the beginning. But, lately the quality has been sub par. I agree with other recent reviewers. It... used to be a place I frequent. Now, I'm not sure I'll keep returning. For example, I picked up a quart side of Cole Slaw to go.Look at the pictures attached. The container is barely over half full! For $10? Kind of a rip off.
