I don?t understand how this place have so low rates is so clean and tasty sandwiches
I do not even want to give 1 star but can?t otherwise write a review. We are regular customers of Schlotsky?s and love their... food but today was a total disappointment. Drive through service was horrible as the guy / boy on duty does not talk oracknowledge you at all. We always check our orders before leaving? the pizzas looked as if the box was dropped and the toppings(chicken) was ice cold. We went back, the boy took the pizzas and disappeared without giving us a chance to ask our money backas we did not have time to wait any longer. I had to go into the store and he wanted my receipt which we did not receive, I evenwent back to the car and check. The amount reversed did not match our order and my husband had to go back where we were he wastotally ignored. We ended up contacting the bank to stop the transaction. Not once did anyone even apologise for the lack ofservice or poor quality of the food. Read more
RUDE employees in the drive thru as well as inside the restaurant. I?d bet other customers experience this. Young employees... working shouldn?t have such a disgusting attitude at such a young age. Leadership needs to take a look at how their employeesare treating customers when no one is looking. Would never recommend this location based on my first and only visit. 7/10 after 5 pm the drive thru service is horrible!! Ive never felt uncomfortable getting my food like I did today . The young... child girl that works drive thru window is bad with talking at all not communicating the order with a smile . She hands me myorder disrespectful then just close the window without saying a WORD ! Heck she probably just didn?t like the way I look if youasked me . Probably one of the best Schlotzskys I?ve been in! The inside was fantastic! The decor is so whimsical, bright, and very Austin.... Ordered a turkey original and it was tasty as always. I give them 4 stars because no one greeted me upon entering. In fact, hewalked up to the register after I was already standing there and he just stood there; no hello, no welcome, nothing. I don?t askfor much but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way! Read more

The red headed girl was so rude. She didn't smile or even greet me. My food was great just not my experience with her. She... huffed when I didn't leave a tip. Why would I leave a tip when you were rude when I approached the counter and acted like youwas to good to take orders. Read more
