I don't know what they are doing in the kitchen, but I only had, cheesesticks with ranch (which I'm pretty sure it was the... ranch) and cinnamon sticks last night around 7 or 8, I have been throwing up profusely since waking up this morning. This isn'tthe first time their food has made me sick, I didn't even eat the pizza (which is what made me sick last time). I would steerclear of this place unless you want to be projectile vomiting and uh..... other things out of a different end. Read more

Let me start by saying the manager offered a $20 credit on next order but long story short they clearly dropped all of our items... and couldn?t tell us why are items were delivered in a mangled fashion. I simply wanted to know if any of our food had beencontaminated and they couldn?t give me an answer which seems odd (somebody dropped this stuff and won?t confess). Either way,I?m sure it?s fine but as a business owner myself I think business could do a better job with customer concerns. See picturesbelow. Read more
The Boerne, Texas Marco's Pizza employees are always so friendly and their pizza is always top notch. We have ordered for pick... up and delivery multiple times and only had one order not quite right but the problem was handled quickly and veryprofessionally. Ordered meat lovers extra large pizza for delivery, received supreme pizza. When we called we were told we would receive free... pizza next order unless we wanted to wait another 45 minutes for them to remake. We called today to get the pizza and the lovelysweet young manager said ? sorry, no one documented that with your account and I cannot just give you a free pizza. We ordered a thin crust heart pizza for delivery and it came to us looking like it had been tossed around in the delivery... drivers car. We tried to call and they audibly put us on hold 5 times.I waited 10 mins to get on the phone to let them know. Iunderstand that it may be busy but that?s no excuse for the way we received our food. It also looks like parts of the pizza aremissing. Disappointing experience. Read more
