Every time they are out of something. Even before covid. This time I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I watched her go over and... try the hot fudge pump nothing came out so she drizzled a little chocolate sauce on it. Not the same. I said hot fudge shesaid we're out. The fact she tried the pump and nothing came out does that mean there is actually more in the back or in thecabinet below and like go get it? Or maybe the guy wearing a BR shirt who is just aimlessly wandering around behind the countercould actually supply the counter? I think this is my last time there. ???? Read more
I?ve been twice. First time out of rocky road or other chocolate ice cream and sugar cones. 2nd time out of waffle cones. How... can an ice cream shop consistently be out of ice cream and/or cones? Read more
From day one this shop has been a disappointment. Staff has never been trained to acknowledge a customer when they walk in, it... has a genetal sticky dirty feel to it even when brand new and they are ALWAYS out of something needed to complete my order, likethe right size cup or quite often hot fudge. When I stopped it said for take out on Google, but the door was locked and no sign. Did the drive thru and tried to order a... peanut butter sundae, out of peanut butter ice cream. So, ordered a snickers instead and a single scoop of the monthly flavor.At the drive thru door they took the money and handed me a sundae that did not look like their site, and acted like that wasall. We asked about the single scoop and they acted surprised. Will not go back to this one. Read more
Was so pleased to see Baskin Robins open in a Boerne. Great ice cream loads of different flavors. Always quick when we stop in... and always happy when we walk out. Today was no different. Read more
Service was good, could have been a little cleaner but service was fast and cashier was good and professional.
