I walked into their restaurant this evening to get a large soda and was disappointed that the employee grabbed the cup in such a... fashion that two of her fingers where inside the cup. Why in the world would you grasp a cup in that fashion? I don?t know whattheir training procedures are but this in my opinion is totally unacceptable. I?m the nice guy who didn?t complain, I filled mycup with a soda and emptied it as I drove away. Didn?t want to make a scene and was just disgusted. This definitely proved tome that either people are just plain ignorant of basic sanitary rules or it was a deliberate act. I?ll never ever return tothis store and would like an explanation of why you would risk transmitting germs to your customers. Read more
