The food is good & we like getting offers on the app. Their app allows you to request the # of condiments you want but this... location on Glades in Boca NEVER gives any ketchup packets or sea salt for the fries even though it is printed on the receipt.They also cannot find at least one of the orders I am picking up. Wendy's used to have Sea Salt fries but I don't think theyhave them anymore... Are their fries now made only with regular salt? ???? Read more
I was super annoyed because I went to both chipotle and mcdonalds on glades and 441 and they were closed. So then wendys came up... on my GPS and though I rarely eat wendys I was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent (I changed my mind 2 times at drivethru and had a crying toddler and the guy was still courteous), food was fresh. And they have a coca cola freestyle machine sothere are tons of soda choices. The parking lot layout is a bit cramped but no big deal not enough to deduct a star. Read more

The staff is above and beyond. They?re incredible- I know it?s fast food but they did everything they could to assist me.... Unfortunately they were out of stock on a lot of things, including soda AND ice....no ice lol! They said the general manager isleaving soon, this may have something to do with it. Got delivery order which of course was asking for problems. Order came without any of the drinks and one item. Ok. Not a big... deal. Just call them and they will deliver it. O yeah, they would have to answer the phone to be able to do that. As far as whatdid come?6 days past expiration. Ordered on 11/26. See photo. Read more
