Ordered a sandwich only, and the price quoted was for the meal by a manager. I said, "So what's the cost for the meal?" He... seemed alarmed by my question. I chalked it up as being a new manager. Went back today, and the service was better. However,individuals who ate are now having diarrhea and vomiting. I guess giving a no star is not possible. I hope I will not be in thehospital tonight. Used the drive through. Very fast and efficient. Food was hot unlike McDonald's that can give you frozen French fries. But... here in Florida in summer, frozen French fries are not a bad idea! Read more

Terrible drive thru tonight around 10 pm. Lady not nice. Rushes you even with no one behind us. Is that it said rudely. Ok... maybe the speaker. Or who knows. Well got to the window and she was matter of fact. No friendly. Getting my credit cardtogether. Putting the food and checking it. She's like do you need anything else? Said very unfriendly. No recieipt. Cold fries. We actually drove across the street and purchased fresh fries at McDonalds. Wendy's Fries are usually pretty good. Read more

Employees are rude. I ordered classic chicken combo with strawberry lemonade like I always do and I was charged seperate for the... burger the fries and drink. When I realized it on the receipt and asked the person at the second window about it very nicely Iwill add. He automatically started with an attitude. I have never been charged separately because I ordered my usual strawberrylemonade, and I've ordered it in several states, so this must be a Florida thing because according to him with a completeattitude because I ordered a specialty drink (strawberry lemonade) I had to be charged separately. This is something that shouldhave been told to me at the mic and I would have switched it up. You order a combo because it's cheaper, I would have justgotten the sandwich. Worst Wendy?s ever, the managers don?t care about customer service and they try to save as much food cost as possible, look at... my sandwich that?s supposed two have TWO Bacon strips ! But cut it in half . To make it look like two. This has happened to meat this Wendy?s on three occasions and I brought it to the store manager?s (Marcella) attention,but it was like talking to abrick wall. basically she said it?s two but it?s one bacon cut in half. I have frequented many locations over the years and typically had great service and food. I've come to this location that's... nearest to my house, I have still yet to receive food each of the 3 times I've tried. 3rd attempt I felt deserved a reviewhoping ownership might attempt to fix these issues. Next time I might have to reach out to the regional manager who's a friendof mine. First time I walked inside 30min before dining room closing time, told that the door should have been locked, and I hadto use the drive thru. Since I walked there Ientioned that I couldn't use the takeout window, and if he could take my order I'deat elsewhere so they could lock up, I was denied service. 2nd time they were locked up 45 minutes early with 3 staff emberschatting up with jo cars in line. 3rd instance was today July 24th at 730pm(closes at 9pm) 2 employees were at a table talking,not having a lunch break, I assume since they weren't eating. Doors were locked and yet again I had to spend money at McDonald'sinstead. I hope whoever is in charge or owns this location, might read this and try to rectify this staff issue. I'm in therestaurant industry and understand the workforce might be understaffed, but these employees are costing the location more moneythan they might notice. If you have a register open and food to sell, then personally I would try to make sales, not detercustomers and have them give your direct competition their money instead. If you need competent management to turn this store'spotentially ill-fated future around, I would offer my 17 years of restaurant management experience and motivate or replace theemployees giving this location such a bad reputation. Wendy's is better than these experiences I've had here, I hope somethingis done before the franchise rights become revoked over poor business practices. Nothing about these fries say ?baconator?. Worst Wendy?s in Palm Beach County! The drive thru takes forever with only one car in... line and the people there are rude. Never going back. Read more
