Update: This review is for Boca location. Del Ray is efficiently and appreciatively better customer service for which I make the... drive. Great Bagels and NY Appetizing specialties. Put your game face on before entering this New York/Florida experience. Acombination of aggressively Entitled customers, overwhelmed and undertrained counter staff and you are almost assured amemorable(?) experience. This appears to be a family run shop and the family is accommodating. The deli counter staff needs amanager dedicated to that function. I?ve watched two young men holding a conversation while packing my cream cheese order a footaway from both their faces. No we don?t have lite vegetable cream cheese, fortunately another employee stated we have lo fat.Like I said don?t go to be appreciated, go for a quality product and you may run into a number of the friendly people that workquite hard to run this store. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before now! My family and I have been coming here since my 4-year-old was a baby.... Always a nice experience. The bagels are fresh and delicious, and Debbie (the owner) is very friendly. It's always very clean aswell, with a nice ambiance. Read more
First time here. Great customer service. Clean bathrooms and clean dining area. Portions were great (everything bagles with... chunky chicken salad (very fresh), price a bit high but we all know that recession is taking place so...its obvious raisingprices is a must to survive. We like this location better because they have table service and eggs. Both my wife and I got the BREAKFAST SPECIAL,2 Eggs &... Home Fries plus Choice of Sliced Tomato, Oatmeal or Grits, Toast or Bagel, and Coffee, Tea or Fountain Soda for $6.75 I added Bacon, Ham, Turkey or Sausage for $8.75. These bagels are delicious! Fluffy, airy, and when they are toasted, heavenly! The waitresses are all extremely kind! Despite... being ONE for breakfast, they sat me in a booth, served me as If i were a party of 10! I felt special. The place is clean andfood delicious! Excellent service! Read more
This place was recommended to me by a friend in my community. My mother and I went there for breakfast and, I think it's a... cute and good place to go for breakfast. And, there bagels happen to be good as well. Our food was good; we both got egg andcheese on a toasted Bagel and coffee. The service was friendly and quick. The place is clean, they sanitize every table aftersomeone leaves as well as there is seating outside. I definitely would recommend going here for breakfast. Just like their big brother but they have table service and a more extensive menu. Very nice restaurant in a large strip... center. Not knowing they have table service. We ordered at the counter like the other restaurant. I like their BLT on a bageland my wife likes their low fat chicken salad on a bagel. Read more
By far the best bagels in boca! Tastes just like you are in NY. The owner, Debra is the nicest person too.
