A very cozy atmosphere. The interior is all wood like a country cabin with decorations that match. I came on a Saturday morning... around 10 am and there were plenty of free tables available. The service was good. I ordered the Irish Benedict which came lighton the corn beef hash. Potatoes were slight warmer than room temperature. Nothing to write home about. My friend had the CrabBenedict which she regrets not asking if it was imitation crab. Which it was. We both had coffee's that seemed watered down. Itwas an ok experience. At $43 with tip included for two, I regret not just staying home and cooking. I would have given 2 starsbut the atmosphere and service I liked. Read more

Great place in Boca for breakfast and lunch. They do close at 2pm daily. My favorite here is the country fried steak which has... a delicious gravy with sausage chunks in it. Read more

The food was bland, but the portions are great if you're a heavy eater. The wait staff was nice. This is more of a place that... you visit for atmosphere and a unique experience. A lot of my family is from Virginia and the antiques kind of felt like home. Read more

Good old home cooking...& we are from Louisiana, so we know something about that! Even short staffed, food came out quickly, &... wait staff was attentive. Fried Catfish plate was amazing! Read more

Hole in the wall breakfast and lunch restaurant. Good selection, generous portions and pastries. Everything is made in house.... Food wise you won't be disappointed. It is often quite busy and can have a significant line outside in the heat with no shade,so be prepared. Don't expect the friendliest service either. These servers seem frazzled and often overwhelmed. The service isdiligent though, just not many smiles. Read more

This is a really cute restaurant. The inside looks nice. I liked the decoration. It looks like a cabin. The biscuits and gravy... are good here. The gravy tasted good and chunky and the biscuits tasted fresh and light. The 3 meat breakfast skillet. Was a bigdish. It had potatoes, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage and eggs. I liked the dish. It was good. The service was friendly and good. The food was good. Read more

This place is exactly what I was looking for when thinking of a Sunday brunch. It has a homey feel, like I went to my... grandmother?s back in the Pennsylvania country. Seating was fast. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a varietyof options on the menu but also some lunch options. The bacon cheeseburger was greasy and flavorful. Great options for cheeses. The breakfast foods were delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly. The potatoes were not doctored up with all these fancy seasonings.Country fried steak was tender on the inside crisp on the outside. The sausage gravy was one if the better ones we have had in arestaurant. We will certainly return here. Great work! Read more
