First time at Smokey Bones are server Diana take good care of us..We ordered Bone-Fire for two everything was delicious ????

If I could give a zero rating I would. there?s no way to find this place, there?s no signage in or around the shopping axa... indicating a "wing expereince." I literally thought it was the smoky bones restaurant so I called them, and apparently you haveto order through an app and it is the smoky bones restaurant but it?s not. Hard pass. Read more

Ordered delivery for the first time, and first impression was not that great...The wings were overcooked which made them really... dry and hard/chewy. There was barely any sauce on the wings ( sauce was on the bottom of the container and then the wings havebeen thrown in), as if the wings were an after thought. Wings were not tossed in the sauce at all. Not to mention the wings arefrozen as you are able to tell by the color of the bone (it is totally black). Unfortunately, we will not order from here again. Ordered from here about 5 times and they were great. Tonight spent $50 on The Wing Experience Wings and they had the audacity... to send me Smokey Bones wings which are clearly different from The Wing Experience. I know the difference because I have hadboth. The Wing Experience uses what is called a cloud kitchen and uses Smokey Bones Kitchen. You should know that If youorder wings from the wing experience they may substitute with wings from Smokey Bones which are very different. Extremely poordecision from the wing experience to so this switch and I will never order from them again knowing I may get Smokey Bonesinstead. Filing claim with my credit card company and Uber Eats. I order from this place weekly and the past 3 times, (yes I gave it 3 more chances) it has not been good. I don?t know if they... changed who they get their wings from or what. Some of the wings are tiny and have no meat on them. I ordered 12 and a lot ofthem were small with no meat and looked to have been cut or something. Their garlic parm sauce use to be good too untilrecently. It sucks bc it was my go to place but I won?t be ordering from here anymore. Read more

Not only was my order incorrect, but it did not meet the expectations of the descriptions and advertised pictures. My food was... cold and looked thrown together. The greeter who serviced me was very dismissive and rude. I will not be placing another order.If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is too much. Read more
