Five stars! The atmosphere was nice, cozy and friendly staff. The sushi came out fast, fresh and plentiful. Sashimi appetizer... to start, nice size pieces and fresh. I did not have the chance to experience the dine in since I was in a rush and ordered my food to go. So i will go back to rate... that. I was actually pleased with the flavor and quality of the sushi, even though 8.99 for an avocado roll (that was for mykids) appears to be a bit steep for Delray. Haven?t paid that much in NYC? Absolutely delicious meal here last night. We started with basic rolls, salmon and tuna, about the freshest I have ever tasted.... We shared an hibachi dinner, plenty for two people and fabulous. Love this Sumo , I used to drive always down till Hillsboro Road for eat my Mango Paradise, Rudy Roll , Dragon Roll and many... others. He use Jalapeño for spice and I love it!! They opened another store just here in my corner at Glades Road . I'm sooooohappy. Read more

Rolls were delicious. Came during closing time and Two out of three were amazing, the sushi appetizer (6 nigiri chefs choice... were 3 salmon and 3 tuna, not a variety) ???? but the two rolls we added were delicious! Dragon and Rudy rolls for the win. Read more

Saw that this Japanese restaurant opened a new location in Boca Raton and decided to try it. I ordered the soft shell crab, 2... deep fried crabs with a spicy ponzu sauce, just ok and the sauce wasn't spicy.
