I have come to this subway for a long time and recently have been so disappointed. Everything I come I stop myself from leaving... a bad review. Tonight I came in for 2 sandwiches I walk in and the gentleman was eating thats fine you deserve a break doesn'twash his hands and takes my order. He has food coming out of his mouth county understand a word he said. He acted like it wasan inconvenience to take the order closed my meatball sub I wanted it toasted literally just threw it in the toaster with outopening it. Terrific management & staff. My go to store for over 3 yrs. & never a bad experience
There is a lady here that does not wear her mask. All the other employees where masks this woman is always mask less inside this... small space. It?s disgusting! The first time I saw it I wrote off as maybe she was doing something and forgot to put it back on.But then I went in again and the same woman no mask while everybody else had masks on. The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway my husband and I have been too ........ like EVER ???? Super CLEAN with the sweetest most professional... ladies working every time we go to grab some fresh food . Needs improvement - the worker was really ungenerous with her portions and I kept having to ask her to add more just to make... it a reasonable sized sandwich. I asked her to toast my wrap and she ignored me. After paying, I asked if she toasted it and shesaid "no you can't toast wraps" - not sure why she didn't tell me this the first time I asked. Very rude and unfriendly worker.The vegetables all had ice on them and didn't look fresh. Gave it an extra star because I like the location. I wouldn't wantthem to close, just needs to improve. Hadn't been here in a long time so I came here for lunch on a busy Friday afternoon. Got a toasted tuna sub for only $3.50. I... used to get Subway all the time after work when I lived in Maryland. The lady working behind the counter kept getting my orderwrong so she was sidelined. Mark prepared my sub perfectly. I also got to have a discussion with an older gentleman named Bryantending the register about NASA and how the space industry is now privatized, with SpaceX now being a monolith. We reminiscedabout the old space shuttle program and trips to Kennedy Space Center. I never got to see the shuttle launch, but would've lovedto. Glad this gentleman works here, maybe I'll run into him again in the future. Read more
Normally a good place. Today I tried to use a coupon code mailed to my address using the app as required and this store... wouldn't honor it. Why did corporate spend money to send me a coupon my closest store won't honor? One lost sale, more tofollow. Read more
