I've been ordering online from this place for lunch recently, and of the past three orders, they've managed to mess up two of... them. Rather than make it right, I had to skip lunch on those days after squandering my lunch break trying to order from them.I'm still waiting for a refund on last week's order. You can order breakfast and melts from their website, but when you show upto pick them up, all you get are excuses from brand new untrained employees who have been left alone unsupervised to run thestore. UPDATE: Last night the store's owner, Manojkumar Brahmbhatt, called me, yelling and cursing at me on the phone forfilling out an online survey I received via from Subway asking me to describe my most recent experience. Ordered via email for a meeting. Maria followed up with a phone call. Food was prepared and ready for pickup on time. All custom... requests were accurate.The food was great! Manager has an attitude towards every customer. If you have a problem with your food, she doesn?t even acknowledge your... concerns, instead she debates with you about how you are making invalid opinions. If I feel like your employee didn?t properlycook my sandwich, why do you feel that I?m lying? I just wanted it to be reheated. Is that too much to ask? P.s. The breadaren?t fresh and something is missing... ???? flavor and respect! 08/30/2018 Second visit and my chicken bacon ranch had to bereheated 3 times. Manager please check the camera. Your employee was on her phone (with gloves on) in the back when I came in. There is no bell. I waited a while and the only... reason it wasn't a lot longer is because she was pacing, so she saw me. She didn't change her gloves before serving me, didn'ttake my order correctly AND she pulled up her pants while in the middle of preparing my food and, of course once again did notchange her gloves. This is completely unacceptable. I didn't want to make a scene, but I really should have. I felt disgusted.Very poor service. Two thumbs down. Read more

Usually understaffed, but typical Subway food. I'm always getting chicken + provolone over Italian herbs and cheese
