This location seems different that all the others. They don?t take subway coupons and seems they are trying to save as much... money as possible. I overheard the owner telling an employee to watch the glove usage cause that?s his money being thrown away.My sandwich which seems like I was skimped for meat. I wish I had weighed the meat I?m sure they have a standard to follow. Thevegetables look like they have been frozen and some of the bins look like ends. (Green peppers..etc). The staff seem almostafraid. It?s real quiet inside. I?m thinking the owner isnt very nice to his employees based on their attitude and bodylanguage. Weird vibes in this spot. Read more
I havent had Subway in a while for a few weeks since I've got a sub from this location. I had been driving for a while and prior to getting my order I needed to use the restroom. So I did. The restroom needed serious... cleaning, even though the toilet was usable. So I mentioned it to the employee, and I don't think I've ever gotten such a blankstare from someone. The indifference was too real. Then another employee comes out, because I believe he heard me mentioned thebathroom needs cleaning, and he's stare wasn't any better. I was like, ugh, do I really want to buy here? I had long day and hadsomewhere else to be and no time to go elsewhere, so I did. Fortunately, the Turkey bacon avocado wrap meal was good. Good food, fast service, this location is not easily noticed from the main road.
Worst customer service ever! Not only have my boyfriend and I had one bad experience but 3. Most of the employees we have had... experience with, where very incompetent. The employees have bad attitude and poor customer service skills. The general Managerwill not return my call. I tried speaking to a manager on site and she could not understand the concept of customer service.Also this certain shop is unclean and unsanitary. Please don't waste your money there.
