My experience with this Starbucks has been really great so far. Especially yesterday, I had a lady who had the patience to help... us order a peppermint holiday drink even though it?s not December yet. Today I had a gentleman receive our order with amelancholy demeanor. Which didn?t bother me because we all have bad days. What bothered me was receiving a ?hot? drink roomtemp or barely warm. It felt warm but drinking it was deceiving. Not to mention the cup was dirty all over. I don?t understandwhy the drink could?ve been poured into another clean cup. Read more
Great Starbucks, but only when they are actually open. Never have I ever seen a branch of an international chain create its own... hours and decide when they will and won't be open. There has been a handful of times where I came to the store in the middle ofthe day to find it closed. Also this morning they decided they would open at 8 instead of whenever they were supposed to,leaving me coffee-less at 7:45. Maybe it's because this location is unionizing, but regardless a store not operating duringstated business hours is very frustrating. Read more

I could literally fly to south america, harvest a coffee bean plant, dry and grind the beans by hand and make a cup of coffee... faster than ordering at this drive thru. Absolute chaos, if it weren?t for its location it would probably be shut down. Managershould be banned from ever even owning a keurig due to make their incompetence at training staff to make cup of coffee in lessthan 30 minutes. Read more

Allyson is the worst server we?ve ever met at a Starbucks in the last 20 years. Bad attitude, rude behavior, no customer focus.... We?ve been regulars for 5 years at this Starbucks but will never come here again. Manager said she was being fired and it wouldbe her last day. Completely spoiled our experience with Starbucks.
