This is how my drinks look every time I come here. I included the drink order to show its a standard caramel macchiato with an... extra shot. This has no ice, syrup sitting at the bottom. I almost said something but the barista was busy yelling at anothercustomer who was also upset with the way his drink looked and tasted so here I am.
