You know what?s weird? I originally had zero interest in grabbing a smoothie from this place after getting an early brunch at... the Panera Bread next door. I walked in here on a whim, and it turned out to be a good idea. Let me tell you about thisSmoothie King in Mission Bay, Florida. It?s clean, the people there were friendly, and the smoothie they made me turned out tobe delicious. That means something, coming from a homemade smoothie guy. As soon as I walked in, Coral greeted me. I suspectshe?d have engaged with me further, but for the rush of LA Fitness folk that were passing through and waiting for their drinks.There were quite a few of them in there, but it didn?t seem to affect either Coral or her manager Yesenia. They really seemedon top of everything, working together to make sure as many smoothies made their way out the door as humanly possible, and itworked out. Everyone seemed to leave satisfied, and I heard nary a complaint in the process. Once the line cleared up, it wasmy turn. Coral was charming, friendly, and surprisingly knowledgeable about even the proteins sitting on the wall behind me as Istood at the register, despite having only worked seven shifts up to that point. Before long, I knew exactly what I wanted,Coral whirled into action to make it, and before I knew it, I had my smoothies in my hands. DISGUSTING LOCATION. From smoothie to the whole building absolutely disgusting. Floors look like they haven?t been mopped all... year, the utensils to prepare everything is dirty and grimy. Little fruit flies flying around touching all the supplies. Triedto give me a water smoothie half way filled and told me it?s supposed to be like this, than hands the SAME smoothie to anothercostumer completely frozen and told her to wait to drink it when it melts and that?s how it?s supposed to be. Absolutely worstlocation and every time I go it gets even worse. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW but for this I had too. I couldn?t believe myexperience. I?ll never go back to this location either. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this place is been very poor lately. If I happen to get an employee who knows what... they?re doing I get a good shake, but more often than not I get a shake that's basically peanut butter flavored ice and water.It's a slushie. I end up spending $9 on a gainer shake that has probably less than half the advertised calories. And theemployees look like they're in such a bad mood I can't bring myself to ask for a replacement. I go to this smoothie king only because it is convenient and on my way to work. If there was another, I'd go there. The... smoothies there are hit or miss - some days it's good and other days it's watered down. I order through the app every time. It'sa rare occasion that my order is ready by pick up time. Today I walk in a few minutes before my pick up time. The employee comesout from the back and asks how she can help me. I tell her I ordered online and she hurries to the ticket machine to find myorder and start it. Most times I come into this store, the employee is in the back room until the door chimes. There needs to bea better notification system for online orders or it would be helpful that the employee stays out by the register. Read more

I never like to leave bad reviews, but there is always something wrong with my order at this smoothie king! I hate coming to... this smoothie king because something is always wrong. I rather go to any other location. I come to pick up and online order andthe employee is nowhere to be found and he came 20 min later because he went to eat and locked up. My Medium size smoothie wasfilled up half way. I asked for peanut butter and no peanut butter was added. There is always something when I come to thislocation. Read more
This places should be shut down. The manger there she very rude I work there for 1 week , she told me she had to lower my hours... because she didn?t have enough money to pay me. They should shut this place down she always come to work high and on my daysoff she would call me to cover for her. And she would yell and scream at the customers. Poor service Read more
