I love the pricing, the business model, the ambiance (outside), and the food. This is the place to go in Boca if you want to get... an authentic tasty and affordable ramen bowl. And other Asian fare. The staff is helpful but don't expect doting service. Gothere to hang out on the patio and enjoy some comfort food with friends and/or family. I?ve been going to Ramen Lab since 2017. They have always been super consistent. Today was my first time back since I moved... back to south florida almost 2 years ago. And man was I blown away. Not only was the menu even better but the quality of ourfood was insane!! Super consistent and powerful as I remember. Another big thing I noticed was the staff all very personableand fun. They all looked like they truly enjoyed being there from the counter host to the line cooks and servers. It wasamazing. I will forever support what they do. Came here for a late night dinner with my wife. Again, RL didn't disappoint. As a matter of fact, it was better than ever. The... pork dumplings were good, the tamarind wings were fried perfectly, the bao buns were fluffy and stuffed with pork belly, theramen bowl was huge and packed with flavor and, lastly, the lychee tres leches was to die for! Forgot how tasty this spot is! They?ve got ramen, donburi, bao buns, and lots of small dishes. It?s solid ramen, especially for... a quick service spot. Came out here with my Lady for a dinner date. A little nice cute little spot. Service was great & serve who attended us was... friendly. Definitely a nice environment with a great staff. I've been ordering pretty regularly from Ramen lab for years, lately the Boca location has been dropping the ball on their... takeout and delivery service orders. Once again no chili paste side, and the amount of broth has been skimpy. Broth, yesskipping on broth. Good food but you need to get your service act together. And tell your employees to listen to the customerswhen they call to report issues, not whine. Not sure how long I'll keep ordering from here if this keeps up. Read more

The place is really small and tough to... find enough room at peak times to spread out comfortably and try a variety of their small offerings in addition to a larger bowlof Ramen, so its usually one or the other for me.
