We love a good Peruvian restaurant, being Peruvian we love trying new restaurants and even though this one is a drive for us, it... was worth it. They were working short due them opening a sister restaurant on the beach, the food was worth it. Every dish wasmade fresh, seasoned well and came out as quickly as it could being that they were short staffed. Read more

Great all around experience! Clean, inviting surroundings; friendly & attentive staff; and, most importantly, delicious food! It... was our first visit to the restaurant and we were seated and warm, toasted canchitas were brought to the table. Yummy toastedcorn from a 300 year old variety! Addictive indeed! We ordered the trio de causas, a layered dish with potatoes, avocado, shredded hard-boiled egg, & a protein. We had tuna, chicken, and shrimp. Each had sophisticated seasonings that made you wantanother bite! Great for sharing! (You could totally have this as a light lunch entree, too!) We also ordered a Pisco Sour(tasted like a lime slushy, yum,) and a Chicha Morada- a drink made from purple corn and heavily spiced with cloves. It was likedrinking everything good about the autumn season- I will be ordering this every time I visit! We both ordered the Risotto a laHuancaina con Lomo Saltado-simply so we wouldn?t fight over a shared entree. The Lomo was filet mignon and perfectly cooked tomelt-in-your-mouth perfection! The risotto was creamy and finished with melted cheese. The *chef?s kiss* best au jus/gravy wasbrought out, as well, to top the Lomo. (I would put it on everything, it was so good- deep beefy flavor and not too salty.)11/10 The icing on the proverbial cake was the wonderful service provided by Mario- his knowledge and pride in the quality ofthe food served made for an excellent experience! We will definitely return! Read more

This has been an absolutely phenomenal meal prob the best I've ever had.First time at this restaurant and will 100% be back.We... had trio decausa which was tuna chicken and shrimp layered w/ potatoes avocados, hard boiled egg. The white drink was a piscosour & it taste like a lime slurpee, but the red drink (non alcoholic) was Chicha morada was boiled Purple corn w/clove and hadto be the best thing I've ever drank in my life.i felt like I was drinking the season fall, insane good. As a main dish we bothhad Risotto A La Huancaina Con Lomo Saltado & it was soooo delicious made w/filet mignon and just when we thought it couldnt getany better the waiter brought us each a boat of seasoned gravy to dip everything in.The risotto is so cheesy & rich we had tobring some of it home. If you live close by or far away def.come eat here.Oh and be sure to ask for Mario hes so nice & a greatserver, he keeps everyone there smiling Read more

Very delicious with generous portions. I ordered the Parmasian scallops for appetizer and the risotto pukara. Also ordered their... frozen passion fruit beverage and it was absolutely delicious. Their flan will send you to dreamland, its that good. Staff werevery friendly. This place is very popular so expect a wait time of 20 to 30 mins during their peak times. Read more

Pukara was set up outside of the Boca Raton Museum of Art after the Machu Picchu exhibit. We ended up going to the actual... restaurant instead of going with event street food style. I was hesitant to try the octopus but must say that I was extremelyimpressed. It had great texture and flavor. I took the recommendation from the server and was extremely happy with my meal too!Great service! Great food! I would highly recommend. Read more
