I am from out of town my sister took me here because she knows I love polo tropical, it was the worst I have ever had chicken... was dry, brown rice was not eatable (we threw it away) plantains dried out, rolls stale,black beans watered down it was Aweful.I told her to call the manager, she said we just will not ever go back ???? My brothers rice bowl was OK but mine was pretty bad, I got the ceviche bowl. They forgot to put the corn on there. It was... mostly lettuce and unseasoned sweet potato chunks. I go there a lot. Avoid the busiest times if you can, use the app to order, but still, they get slammed and face a lot of... pressure. People want their food and fixins! Good grill and/or grill master as the food always comes out great especially ifyou eat it Hot. Read more
So yummy especially for lunch everything is fresh and the chicken is so tender. There?s a awesome guy in the window that helps... with drive thru he has the best customer service. Was there on 7/11 around 12:00-12:30pm white guy black hair. I wish I had hisname but I didn?t see it. Service was amazing and he?s always so friendly food was very yummy and I was threw the drive thru inenough time to get back to work and eat and have time left over which is awesome. Tropi chop with everything but tomatos is mynumber one fave item with fried yuca and the cilantro sauce. Have enough to split between lunch and dinner fair prices. This place is a whole mess all around. From manager down to cashiers. I ordered food, they hand me no chicken ???? i had to... drive back to get my order fixed. Moreover, i asked for a strawberry tropichiller, they handed me a mess; i just taste it andkeep it in my fridge for a review. They need to bring new management and start this place over.
