I wanted to share my overall experience at this location from multiple visits (drive-thru, carry-out and delivery) I do try to... avoid going to this location when I can. And stopped going that often. But from all Pollo Tropical restaurants in the area thisis the slowest one and extremely terrible customer service. There is always an issue, either the food presentation is horrible,takes forever to get your order, A LOT of times they run out of chicken or say they don't have enough chicken! Inconsistent, disgusting place. Sometimes it can be good but that?s just 20% of the time. The remainder, the chicken is either... undercooked or overcooked. They fail to give you salad dressing on your salad. This has happened to me twice now on my salad.The employees are awful and rude. Just a horrible place altogether. Read more

This restaurant is completely dysfunctional, way beyond the usual problems at other Pollo Tropicals. The staff have absolutely... no interest in customer service. After placing my order for a ?chicken breast platter with no rice, just beans? to a cashierwho barely spoke to me, I waited *25 minutes* for my order. During that time I counted up to 18 people waiting for orders andthe workers were moving as if they were half asleep. Several of the orders came out wrong and had to be re-made?customers weregetting very frustrated. When my order came, it was also wrong (see photo) but I just took it. The final straw was when Iasked for spicy poyo-poyo sauce (which is the main reason I go to PT for chicken) and of course they were out. Just came from this establishment and I can?t believe what they gave me for my money?s worth. Ordered two 1/4 chicken and... literally received bones. No meat whatsoever. Very disappointed. Extremely small portions and the boiled yuca was more likemashed potatoes. Read more
It?s 7:30pm the window says 11pm and the manager inside says he cannot run a register to take an inside order, and I can either... use the drive thru or online? wth so freaking lazy Seriously? This location is a shame Read more
