So we?ve been eating in this location since it opened. And in the beginning with litterly could not get enough of this place,... and when they added the orange chicken to the menu we were thrilled as well as the shrimp app. Unfortunately in the past fewyears, especially since Covid the dishes have lost their ?spark? in my opinion. Also, I have no idea why, but the orange chickentastes completely different and not in a good way. I will tell you 1 thing the employees here have ALWAYS been super friendlyand easy to talk to. Will to help and make things right when anything goes wrong with an order. Managers here are always awesometoo. I?m just super bummed tastes have changed. And they are not nearly as ?tasty? as they once were. When we get the occasionalcoupon we do still go, as I still enjoy the Lettuce Wraps and shrimp app. And if you have never tried this place, I would defsay go at least once, you may find a dish or app that has you coming back! the location is excellent and the sauces are good but the cooks are bad. you need to hire someone who knows how to work a wok.... the meat is not being cooked properly. your wok workers are going to destroy the business. its sad because its a great location. Read more
We visited this place very often and love the positive energy from the entrance to ending a meal. Today, we learned that a new... system at the cashier was implemented?for god sake, if you do not the steps of ordering you get schooled making you rememberingyour worst teacher. Decided to have Pei Wei in Boca Raton cater our office holiday party and it did not disappoint! The manager Alex assured me that... everything would be perfect from start to finish and it def was! Everything was perfectly packed (I had tons of diff packingrequests to ensure the food would taste as fresh as possible) and the staff couldn?t stop raving about how good the food was!First time but def won?t be the last! Vegan friendly, Delicious and filling. Not an everyday meal that's for sure more carbs than Protien. You can ask for more... veggies if needed. Kids size portions are generous. They will also put on a show with the wok of you ask. Read more
All of the food here is delicious and quick! They also have a great rewards system that makes it really easy to earn free... entrees! I love PF Chang's, and this offshoot of their Asian American bistro cuisine is definitely one of my favorite lunchspots as well! Read more
