If i could leave a zero i would! On Halloween I placed a order online In the app at 3Pm for delivery at 745. A hour passes that... evening I finnally call to see where my order was. We had just come back from trick or treating starving. Expecting my 3 pizzasto have been delivered already. I speak with someone who was very very rude and they tell me they ate 3 hours behind!!! Mind youi placed my order hours ahead of time. A call or heads up would have been nice or thoughful. Even a notification on my app ofsome sort! At 845pm on a monday night i dont want my order at midnight!!! Anyways after i asked her why i was t called he hungup on me. On purpose because i asked for her name. Then i call back ask to speak with the manager and she says im speaking iasked why wasnt i Notified prior to my delivery time that my pizza would be running behind three hours. She said they were verybusy I asked for her name so I can call the HR department and she hung up on me. She said they were aware of it. (I highly doubtthat) I?m sure they will be very thrilled to hear about this and how their manager is hanging up on their clientele. Rude ascan be! Okay. I just ordered 2 pies from Papa Johns. Usually I have a pleasant experience. Today I came home with my pies and one of... them were wrong. I spoke with the Manager Kayla and she was so rude and hostile. She than spoke with my daughter who wasexplaining the situation and she hung up on us. I called back and had to calm Kayla down. I explained I didn?t curse or yellunlike she did and simply requesting a refund. Kayla finally agreed but with her attitude, she shouldn?t be working in foodservice anywhere. Read more
I First, called to this specific papa johns in Boca Raton, FL on glades Rd and was immediately hung up on and was baffled by why... the employee, named: Jason, did that. I was then hung up on 3 more times when I finally I decided to drive myself, A militaryveteran, and my girlfriend to the store to place my simple order of brownie and cinnamon bites. When I went in the store I askedthem politely about why I was hung up on several times and no one gave me an answer. I tried speaking to the person in charge ofthe phone orders, Jason, and was completely ignored. It seemed like the only two that were at least capable enough of giving mean answer of ?Idk, I wasn?t in in charge of the phones?. I?m not sure what was up that gentleman?s behind, Jason, but to treatme like with such disrespect. I usually have excellent service at this establishment but someone was just not having the time oftheir life answering phones. The only reason they are receiving a two stars is not for the quality of food but the service I wasgiven tonight, just being generous. Read more
This review is for Services. I can?t review the food because every time we order ( doesn?t matter what time of day) we?ve gotten... a call back saying it?s going to be 3 hrs. I live less than a .25 mile away. Every time we?ve declined the 3 hr wait and orderedfrom another Pizza place. Read more

I ordered 2 large pizzas. One with cheese and one without cheese. Picked it up and got home to see both had cheese. Kindly... called them to tell them. They sent over the correct pizza free of charge. I grab a slice and I realize there is a blondestraight hair. I have curly brown hair. I won?t even bother calling again to complain. Probably the strangest combination of topings I have ever ordered. It?s also the strangest looking pizza I have ever seen too. I... pulled half of it to eat. The center was thin and floppy. And the cheese crust was overly ?fluffy?. When I asked why it was sofluffy I received the excuse because it?s cheese crust. (October 2021) I gave Papa John another chance and the pizza was good.Tonight I ordered another pizza. Simple cheese pizza. It didn?t look awful but it definitely wasn?t what I think a Papa John?spizza should look like. Bring back John Schnatter. Read more
