All I wanted was a deli turkey sandwich, that was supposed to come on sourdough bread. I ended up with two slices of turkey,... with no mustard or tomatoes on the thickest, driest piece of focaccia ever. The Steak and Cheedar sandwich was also more breadthan actual sandwich. To add insult to injury, these two sandwiches ran us almost $30....We will miss you, Panera. Read more

Large, clean Panera Bread with superior customer service. I apparently arrived late fir breakfast as most of their bagels were... sold out. I ended up getting a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. Their everything bagel was delicious and I like thatI can put on the precise amount of cream cheese in their to go container. I must admit that I love Panera Bread any day or night. Their food is always fresh and tasty as well as comforting but there... was nothing comforting about our visit here tonight. As you can see in pictures not a soul was there which totally surprised us.It felt eerie so we asked a server where was everyone and she told us this is the emptiest Panera she had ever seen. Said no onelikes coming here.. This being said we ordered French soup (which we love) but it left alot to be desired.. The soup was at roomtemperature and the big bowl we paid for was close to half filled... I am not coming to this location again. Read more
Statement: I Love Panera Bread. But, I don't like a ghost house. And that is what I felt when we walked in. Food could been... warmer but wasn't. I discovered a new section on natural beverages with less sugar that you should try. Panera has a trajectoryof a trendy place however we couldn't find the trendy nor people been a Friday night and all. So, I believe Panera's MarketingTeam needs to address an issue told by an employee. However, since involves less fortunate people I ll leave this note here forthem to dig, engage and make it better.
