This place is always empty during lunch yet there’s never anyone there to get your (already paid for) to go order. There’s... no one to greet you at the entrance nor is there ever anyone at the to go station. It’s like the customers and staff arehiding out during the day. Anyway, the lunches are tragic. 4th time here and now I’m convinced these are pre made and justmicrowaved when ordered. So disgusting. My honey shrimp with white rice tasted like it had been sitting in a plastic containerfor weeks. The crispy coating was soggy- the sauce was more a gelatin than an actual sauce. Came here for lunch with the boyfriend, and I was just alright. There was barely anyone in because I went as soon as it opened,... yet the waitress took forever refilling our drinks, seeing if we needed anything, giving us the check. We started with thespring rolls and California roll. Both were just ok. I’ve had better and the spring roll sauce tasted funky. We both got thechicken friend rice. The boyfriend said it was good. Tried PF Changs in Boca for a Family Dinner, Group of 8 . The wait wasn't bad (15 min) service was good, food came out fairly... quick, food was delicious and the drinks were on point too. I liked the valet service in this location ???????? Will definitelycome back. Read more

We usually love dining in P.F. Chang's. I am writing 3 star because what happened to us might be a special case and not a usual... scenario. We walked inside the restaurant and immediately felt unpleasant odor so we decided to ask hostesses to sit us outside.Inside the whole restaurant 1 table was taken by patrons. Hostesses was nice but right away she informed us we needed to wait 5to 10 min to get a table because only 1 server was scheduled during that time frame even though whole restaurant was almostempty. We understand sometimes some establishments have issues with staffing especially nowadays. We decided to walk outside andsit down. Restaurant ouside sitting was not very appealing to say it nicely. Tables were sticky and chairs were dirty andstained. At that point me and my family decided to eat in other P.F Chang's franchise. We drove one close to our home in NorthMiami location. Food was great atmosphere was great and we had very nice experience. Two franchise restaurant were differentlike day and night. I thought about taking pictures to post it here but I still want business to be successful and hopefullythey will take this review in count to fix issues. Read more
