Absurd price for a extremely medium quality shake. Ended up paying $14 for a cookies and cream shake and trashed it after a... couple of sips. Horrible. Employees were nice tho, at least one of them. Total disappointment. A friend brought these to the office and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Decided to visit them... myself (with family) a few days later. Store was less than clean. Employees were less than enthusiastic. Cookies were overbaked, dry, and under-topped. Same cookie I had just days before was a complete disappointment- felt like it was quickly andshoddily put together. Inconsistency is a killer in the food business. We won?t be back. My family of 4 and I visited tonight for the first time as we are on vacation. The place is bright and colorful, but there... wasn't a good vibe in this place. The female employee up front seemed annoyed that we had come in. We ordered 2 sugar cookie w/chocolate ice cream sandwiches, and 2 chocolate chip cookie w/ vanilla ice cream sandwiches, and 1 single cookie. The cookieswere stale and dry, the single cookie with the filling was the only warm one. We paid $27. and some change, for stale, dry, andnasty cookies, served by an employee that would rather have not been bothered to begin with. Afterward, my daughter needed adrink to help wash down her dry cookie, and I had to pay $2.05 for a bottle of water, that was marked 99¢ to begin with! Absolutely so disappointing. And how can cookies go so wrong? First, the girl working could not be more uninterested in... helping us, and zero personality, borderline depressed. $18 plus for 4 cookies and as we were leaving we saw it was $20.95for 6, she didn?t mention this. Then, based on what the company says online, they are supposed to be baked to order and warm. Definitely not one or the other. They were old, not warm and way overpriced. Literally looked just like the old samples by theregister. First time and definitely the last time. It was very clear that this place was very poorly run because there were 2other men there that looked like they might be the owners, and absolutely ignored us also. Really a very poor experience. Severely disappointed. The menus weren't very clear so it was a bit difficult to understand what and how much everything was...... which lead me to vastly over spending by mistake. By then it was so awkward and frustrating but I just kept my mouth shut andpaid just to leave quicker. The team member working seemed less than thrilled to be there. I don't expect everyone to be thehappiest cheeriest person, but it felt like I was a bother when I walked in the door. And finally, the cookies were hard andsome stale. That was the most frustrating thing of this whole experience. I unintentionally overpaid for trash. If you'recharging that much for cookies, you need to be sure you're keeping them fresh and only serving the best. It was a bummer evenmore so, because the one or two from the dozen that were somewhat fresh tasted really good. Such a waste. I almost thought Iwas being difficult but I've spent a lot of money at Crumbl Cookie so my expectations are within reason. The cookies are not worth the $$ at all. We tried the Chocolate Nutella and the Conflicted (peanut butter)cookie. They were of... very poor quality, like the whole cookie crumbles and is powdery. We opted to eat in so they warmed it up for us kids and adultswere not impressed with these. Read more

Our work ordered through DoorDash to celebrate the May birthdays. I love that each of us had our own bag with our name on it so... it was easy to see which bag was mine. Both the ice cream sandwich and Nutella cookie were delicious. Read more
