Horrible customer service. Spoke to 2 managers after the attendant lied and said he included silverware and syrup for the flap... jacks we ordered, yet they were missing from the bag (this is not the first time this happened). Carolina was the 2nd manager wespoke with who after rolling her eyes at us, I knew it was a waste of time speaking with her. Reaching out to owner andcorporate to correct. I stopped by there with family. When we got there it was pouring rain. After spending over $45. For an afternoon snack. We left,... the rain had stopped, & I forgot my umbrella under the table. I called back & was told it was found, & it would be safe till Icame back the day after tomorrow. Needless to say, one of their employees stole my very expensive Tote umbrella. Theirdisgusting, & thieves at this McDonalds location. Just a horrible experience, I drove all the across town to retrieve myumbrella and I was treated so unbelievable unprofessionally and rude. Just horrible and dishonest staff. I want to becompensated for their employee stealing my umbrella from the office there! They are terrible! Read more
This has become the new Hialeah McDonald's with the rudest customer service, except for some of the staff taking payment at the... drive-thru. The managers barely speak English and have major attitudes. The food sucks mostly. Thank goodness for the nearbyChick-fil-A where you can find civilized staff! Read more

It's a McDonald's, nothing special about it. This particular store at the time we visited had unpleasant staff that didn't seem... to know what they were doing. The food took forever and we didn't even ask for any special orders. The fries were so salty wecould have put them out for deer salt lick, we sure couldn't eat them. The burgers were typical greasy fast food and not worthwaiting for, don't know why I thought we would get actual food from this place, should've known better Read more
