I went to mcdonald?s with friends. They had so much attitude because we ordered 3 items. The lady said ?oh Jesus? then screamed... ?sauce drink? I ordered coke zero. When we got to the window she said nothing. we got our food and went to drive away then whenwe realized we didn?t get our 2 drinks. The lady ignored us at first then yelled at us and accused us of lying even though wewere there 2 minutes ago. She yelled at me they don?t have coke zero even thought I ordered it right before. When talking aboutthe drink with a co worker she yelled at us ?I anit talking to you?. I cannot believe someone would talk to another person theway she talked to us especially at work. So unprofessional, Rude and horrible overall experience. This people should beimmediately fired. Sending video to corporate of her yelling at us. Read more
Nasty nasty experience today in the drive thru. Women taking order was very impatient and even said oh Jesus when I started... ordering my third meal. She was also getting mad that I wasn?t telling her what sauce and drink I wanted quick enough and eventhough they didn?t have Coke zero she told me OK. Also even though it says on the app to give the code before I was gettingyelled at to wait until I got to the window to give it to her. When I got to the window to get the food I took the bag and keptdriving forgetting our drinks. I looped back around and was polite while asking for our drinks because I didn?t get thembeforehand. She was certain that she gave me or drinks and that she didn?t have any extra drinks to give. I told her I wasn?ttrying to get anything for free I just wanted our drinks so that we could leave. And after five minutes of her giving meattitude and me just trying to get a drink she finally handed me the two drinks without looking at me. Also I had friends in acar a few behind me that were told that they stopped taking orders around 1 AM even though it says all over that they are open24 hours. Overall terrible customer experience in the food quality was not great at all nuggets were soggy and old. I woulddefinitely try to get to a different McDonald?s usually the employees have a little bit of patience and customer service skillsunlike the few ladies who worked the night shift tonight. Came here at night, got so much attitude at the drive thru. We were ordering and on our third and final item on the list, she... said ?Oh Jesus? as if we had been ordering for 10 years. And after that didn?t talk to us or finish our order and left uswaiting at the microphone for 5 minutes. They proceeded to forget our drinks, and when we went back through the drive thru theyfirst completely ignored us and didn?t even look at us through the window. we received so much backlash and attitude, and theywould not admit that they messed up the order. Took a video of their rude attitudes and conversation with us, sent to corporate.Our friends were in the car behind us and they said they were finished taking orders at 1am when they are open 24/7. I would do 0 stars if I could. Worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. They Always..Always miss something from my order and rush... you so much at the window that you won?t have enough time to check. The quality of food here is so bad. I ordered two mealchicken sandwiches and received everything but the second sandwich and she told me she didn?t hear me ask for two but I got twomeal sized cokes and fries. Made me drive around again and wait again because they missed my order. It?s hard because it?s oneof the only places that?s open but it?s a horrible experience every time. Read more
We drove to this location since it is open 24 hours?.. but not sure if they have staffing issues or management issues at night,... because the wait in the drive through and then for our food was over 45 mins! Although they have a double drive through, onlyone was open. We sat in line and at the drive through speaker forever! I will say the young man at the pick up window was verypolite, but I can?t imagine what all he was having to deal with. People were giving up and pulling out of line, honking etc. As far as our food, it seemed ok, the 2 hamburger happy meals both were missing a toy ????. And the drink sizes were wrong onour order. EVERY TIME I go to this place I always end up leaving with something I did not order. I do not understand, it?s not rocket... science to get someone?s order right. Honestly it?s so frustrating. The fries tasted like they were the end of the batch. So not very fresh. I've been enjoying the mobile app and the fact there... are deals&rewards. I wish you could use 1 deal and 1 reward per day, instead of just 1 outta the both. What's the point ofcollecting the points if there's a better "deal" to be had? But this McDonald's is good.
