If you want to get and pay for what you order - don't go here. I had been going once a week every week for a lunch slice - after... today won't be going back. The big guy they have working now was completely disrespectful to the female employee and did notlisten to me as the customer. She was looking for the button for an order of meatballs when he shooed her away and when Icorrected him on my order (I asked for a pepperoni slice and an order of meatballs) he rang up two pepperoni slices and when Ipointed it out he said "it's fine" and rudely told the woman working to give me a pepperoni slice and a meat all slice. This is the greatest pizza I've ever had! They bring the dough from new york. The sauce is great and the proportion of sauce and... cheese is perfect. I met Joe while I was there both visits. People who eat here don?t know or appreciate NYC style pizza. I?m from NYC and just came back from a trip to NYC and this is NOT... it. I?m still craving real NY pizza. Anyway, I had a short lunch break. Walked into the place and they had one nasty lookingpizza sitting on the counter- out in the open. I asked for a cheese and what I got was a slice with a pepperoni picked out ofit. The hygiene in that place is something to question. They guy touched everything around him, fixed his glasses and grabbed mycold pizza with his hand and tossed it in the oven. Not sure if he was distracted or what but I had to remind him that I didn?tpay for my order. Also- I guess they can?t afford ?to go? boxes. This is the fourth time Manhattan Joe?s in Boca, Raton got my order wrong on top of that I had to wait an additional half an... hour thus my entire order is cold well my entire wrong order is cold! I?m a vegetarian I requested them no meat toppings! guesswhat I had received Sausage toppings! Unfortunately, i?m so hungry I?m removing the toppings but I can still taste the meatwithin the bread! Arrived there at 1:45pm. Great pizza. Unfortunately the people running the place would rather sit around playing on their phones... then make a Bianca pizza for me. While I sat there eating my pizza, three different people besides me came in asking for theBianca pizza and each time they were told no. The pic I've added paints a picture that both these countermen prefer to sit downand get paid for doing nothing then actually working like sweeping up the place inside and out. Wiping down the counters and thetables as well. It's a shame that this establishment advertises a certain type of pizza but won't make it. These peopleobviously don't want the business to make money. I won't be returning here. I'll go to a pizzeria that wants to make money andmake the customer happy. Read more
Excellent pizza, unfortunately the service not so much. I walked in there at 2:30pm for a white slice with spinach. I was told... no. They have a sign saying white pizza served till 4pm daily. This is the Manhattan Joe's in the Polo Club Shops. Read more
Pizza was okay, nothing special. On our mushroom slice, the mushrooms were still raw. The thin crust was a plus, but our... margherita pizza was undercooked and we had to send it back into the oven because the dough was still somewhat raw. Also,disappointed that the margherita pizza did not have fresh tomatoes on it. This place has very limited seating. The service washorrible! They were not busy when we walked in except for 2 customers already working on their meal, yet not one person greetedus when we walked in the door. We dined in after work one night and came at the recommendation of some clients. When our meatpizza was finished, they didn't tell us it was ready and left it on top or the oven. Place has gone downhill. Flavor is gone, terrible staff. Called in and ordered a pie well done for dine-in. Ticket reflected my... order. My pizza was sitting inside for 5-10 minutes before they told me it was ready (even though I had paid and they knew I wasthere). Pizza came out undercooked (let alone not well done). I brought it back inside to have it placed back in the oven, oneof the staff was very disrespectful- another offered to cook it more. The rude employee walked past and shoved me. Disgustingbehavior.
