I visited the location of 9674 Glades Rd. on Saturday, September 24,2022. My first impression was that place was very clean.... There were many food choices. I was surprised by the number of add-ons they had for salads. Everything looked really fresh. Thethe young lady that worked there named Alexa, was very helpful suggesting items for me to add to my salad. I even ended upgetting a smoothie that she suggested. It was so tasty! Every time I order online they screw it up. You ask for dressing on the side and they drench the salad anyway. They charge you... $.99 per dressing so you have to pay $4 extra to get dressing on the side. But they are happy to pour it on at no charge. Makesno sense. They don?t listen to the order request when you ask for no onions or no cabbage, they put it anyway. Read more
Food is 10/10. Customer service lacks.. severely. If you order online, be prepared to check your bag in store before you leave... because they will in-fact forget something even when it?s clearly typed on the order receipt. I ordered a salad that has avocadoon it and upon eating I see there?s no avocado. My s/o ordered and paid for extra dressing (did not receive the dressing) so Igo back in and asked for the extra dressing(unfortunately on my end I didn?t know he paid for extra dressing already online so Iended up paying for it again in store), bread and lemon that was supposed to be in the bag and there were 4-5 girls juststanding behind the counter and looked at me like they were lost. The woman who I?m assuming was the manager had poor customerservice as well. She said they didn?t put the lemon in the bag because they ran out.. did they also run out of the bread anddressing? Is it hard to put the extra dressing in the bag this one time with a little note explaining it usually costs extra,but will give it just this time? And maybe a note saying you ran out of lemons? They seem to not want to give anything to thecustomer that may seem ?extra? even when it?s paid for. Mind you there was not one customer in the store and the plaza was veryempty as it was a Monday evening. If they were busy maybe I could understand.
