Awesome place to get salads and other healthy food, just take it easy on the dressing. The store looked clean and well kept. The... service was very fast and you get to watch as your salad is being made. The crispy chicken poblano salad was very tasty. My first time eating at Just Salad and I was moderately dissatisfied. I was traveling for vacation and made a pit spot to try... something new. I wasn?t too happy with my warm bowl order, (APP-8800485). The chicken and brown rice were cold, a major bummer.The flavors and serving size were decent, minus the avocado mash, but the dressing sauce was inadequate. DISGUSTING. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I've ordered from here a couple times a while ago and always got the Buffalo chicken salad. I... DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS RED "CHICKEN" IS!!!!!! It was supposed to be chicken. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY OTHER MEAT OPTIONS ON THEIRMENU SO IT CANT BE PORK OR BEEF. Deff not tofu or plant based chicken. Literally REPULSED. Shame. Shame. Shame on this company.On top of the suspicious meat, the salad was put together so poorly. Asymmetrical pieces of "old" gross cucumber. Dirty, old,brown romaine lettuce. Skimpy topping. NO UTENSILS! Ordered lunch at 12:20 to pick up at 1pm. At 1:25 the order was still not ready? so if you want to wait for your lunch this long... this is your place! Besides the fact that the prices are outrageous and worse than Manhattan? this operation here needs amakeover. They obviously cannot handle the volume of orders. On top of that I had cucumbers in my salad.. the picture of thecucumber is below? I?m basically getting the skin .. where is the rest? I dropped by Just Salad to get a delicious salad to go. Giselle took care of my order and she was amazing. Giselle has such a... positive, friendly disposition. I ordered a custom salad and she made it just how I wanted it. She even put the Stacy's chipsthat I like atop the salad in a container so that my chips (that I will put on the salad right before I eat it) didn't getsoggy. She offered me that option because I ordered my salad to go and she knew I wasn't going to eat it right away. I amappreciative of her thoughtfulness and professionalism. I am a happy customer.
