Good customer service but didn't have a lot of donuts even though they were going to be open for another 7hrs
Molasses slow here. Workers talking to someone in the lobby with people waiting. One person got tired of waiting for a... sandwich, paid for a donut, wasn't refunded for the sandwich. My sandwich was good they lose 2 stars for talking so much andnot focusing on work with customers waiting though. Read more
Great iced lattes and wonderful staff. This DD is across the street from Trader Joe's & Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza. There is no... drive thru, but they have indoor and outdoor seating. The team members are friendly and efficient. They consistently makefabulous iced lattes ! Read more
The regular staff is amazing and work very hard to try and please customers. However I am not sure if he is the owner or GM but... I overheard that he really asked his employee to provide a picture of his mother in the hospital bed???? He treats everyonethere like they?re stupid. Read more

Brenda made my experience enjoyable. We had a issue with the coffee and rectified it immediately. Brenda is always peasant with... her warm smile. Went here..1st time and last time. Was super slow and the manager or owner was constantly talking down to the employee girl... helping him. He was extremely rude to the employees and equally to customers. An older woman was giving him an order and he wasnasty to her. Degrading. Then when I got up there told him my coffee order and when I went to check and stir it before leavingit was totally wrong. Go back to him..he tells me I GOT IT when I am repeating the order..I told him you OBVIOUSLY don't GOT ITas your having to remake it! ???????I would skip this place! ???????????? Read more
