One of the worst dunkin donuts I've been to. You order first and they give everyone who ordered after you their order first.

This location is my go to dunkin. The food is always great and the staff is always amazing. When you walk in they greet you with... a smile and are always so cheerful. I popped into this location where I happened to be having lunch because I remembered that I had some money on my phone app that... I left in there to try the app for the first time. (Yeah, I Know I'm a little late to the game with their app)...anyway, I waspleasantly surprised that it was $2.00 medium iced coffee time, so I went in. People were sitting outside conversing at thetables and, I was thankful that no one was smoking as I abhor walking past smokers as it gets in my hair, not to mention, makesme cough and turns my stomach. The place was clean and, there was no line. I ordered my medium decaf iced coffee with little iceand asked for almond milk. I was expecting it to ring up $2.00 plus tax, not seeing on the receipt an extra .50cts for thealmond milk, which I don't really think is fair for those that can't drink regular/skim milk. This was really the only drawbackthat I encountered. When I was using the app for the first time, the young lady was very helpful in showing how to brighten thescanning code on my phone so it would work, then resuming it to its rightful brightness afterwards for me. The coffee was readyfor me by the time I walked at the end of the counter and, it was delicious. I remembered how much I love the taste of DD's icedcoffee. It was refreshing, not over-powering in coffee taste and hit the spot after lunch, having just had spicy food and onlywater with lime. Thank you DD. I will be back. I just wish you would consider NOT charging extra for almond milk just becausecustomers cannot consume regular/skim milk. Read more
I like this place, friendly place, especially the Jamaican guy who greets the customers as they enter. I have not found any... problem at this store. Lot of kids from neighboring schools eats there, but I don't mind the kids. Read more
The employee's are rude, will make your order wrong and then talk bad about you in Creole when you try to correct them. They get... a zero in customer service. There hair is down hanging all over again. I watched an employee touch a broom then my food. I findit hard to believe that no one has ever complained about the service. How do you keep employee's like this who feel we are thereto serve them and vice versus. I will never return to this store as long as they allow this type of service. Waited 56 minutes for 3 boxes of joe. The employee helping me was incompetent. Took her 3 tries to pour the coffee into box... without destroying boxes. Finally her manager came out and showed her how to use a funnel. By the time my coffee was ready $50later, I was late for my meeting and almost all the coffee went in the trash. I wish google offered a negative star rating. It would go to this store! Read more
Love Dunkin ice coffee with pumpkin swirls. When it?s the season I order one everyday. And when it?s not available I still... order an ice coffee daily. I use the mobile app and always pre order my coffee so it?s ready for me. And did I mention theavocado toast - delicious! Read more
