10-11-22 my wife placed an order on the app and just before work went to pick it up and the store was closed. There was a line... of people waiting and the place was closed. Couldn't wait so she left. I came the next morning to get the order fixed from theprevious day and order a few more things, I had to pay for the new items (I guess understandable but a donut on the house wouldhave made the previous days screw up easier to swallow). Someone should contact my wife (who complained too) and at least tryand show some remorse. Read more
The greatest customer service I have ever received from any Dunkin by far. I came here on Monday to try out the Strawberry latte... and that is when I met Zach, who made the drinks, and Connor. just a quick THANK YOU to all of the wonderful staff and the "manager of managers"- Bev- at this Dunkin Donuts..I have been... through many sets of staff at this location, I work nearby. This team so far exceeds anyone in the past. All of the peopleworking there greet all of us who stop in with smiles and great attitudes...they are cheerful and professional and they takeevery opportunity to make clients feel important. They work incredibly hard , always cleaning and organizing and refilling, yetare patient and courteous to everyone who walks in,...treating every person as though they were their top priority.. This is for the very fresh products and exceptional customer service I received today from Connor specifically and Zach. Angela... and Miranda were very nice who made avocado toast delicious for my friend. Connor was a friendly, professional person who madesuggestions for products and let the time go by real fast. He was such a kind person, as was Zach who made our coffees. It wassuch a different experience compared to other Dunkin?s because of their cheerful countenance. The donuts were very fresh with alarge selection compared to other stores. It was the team members though and how well they maintained the cleanliness of thestore that made such a difference. The staff was so polite, cheerful, and pleasant. From the person who took my order, to the person who handed me my breakfast and... coffee. This DD was more of a good experience for me than having gone to other DD establishments. Most are franchises but thisone here by far has been my best experience. Read more
Ordered while on the road returning to Miami from Orlando for pick up curbside? the order was prompt but the girl told me that... they were closing and they didn?t have chocolate glazed donut. Two team members @730 - 7:46am in the morning September 24. 8 people waiting All placed orders online how do you as management... have two team members only at that time of the day? They were overwhelmed very cordial very nice not fair to them. I told theyoung lady to please cancel my order to not make her even more overwhelmed. More people kept coming in.
